SPEND 3 HOURS INSIDE DONE OF THE WORLD’S LARGEST COMMUNITIES OF ORTHODOX JEWS
Rabbi Beryl Epstein takes on the role of tour guide when he welcomes tourists into one of New York’s most prominent Jewish communities: a group of about 100,000 hassidic Jews living in the north of Brooklyn.

The Loubavitch are one of the largest communities of Orthodox Jews in the world with ancient roots in Belarus. Today, their world headquarters is located in New York, in the Crown Heights neighborhood. The tour allows access to sites rarely seen by outsiders: the main synagogue, lunch in the kosher Heimische Deli, the Chassidic Art Gallery, and more. The idea is not to convert, but to open to discovery a community too used to being described as “closed.” The tour is $42 and lasts three hours. Book in advance online at www.jewishtours.com/book/
